At a glance: The White Sox shocked the world by sweeping a three-game series at Minnesota over the weekend, and now they have a golden opportunity to keep the streak going. The Orioles (44-67) have lost seven of nine and own the worst record in the American League. Baltimore also has injury issues with the pitching staff and might have to dip into the bullpen for starters Tuesday and Thursday. Danks was hit hard in his last start, against the Yankees, but the left-hander is 4-1 with a 1.69 ERA in his last 7. Alex Rios’ home run Sunday was his first since June 19. The Sox lost three of four to the Orioles at home in late April/early May.
