Obama’s the one who should be sued

On July 28, lured by the mega-font and the full front page headline, I thought the Sun Times had “scooped” the second coming of Christ. I was wrong. It screamed: “Tea party rep sued for $100,000 in child support.”

For starters, Joe Walsh is a Republican; the tea party is not a political “party.” Skip to Page 2 of the story and one learns that his three children have been living with him for the past 9 years.

Also, this story is not news. There has been a 9-year ongoing settlement battle between Rep. Walsh and his ex wife who, incidentally, is an attorney. Could this be a golden opportunity to trash the tea party and destroy the credibility of Walsh, whom the reporter refers to as “the darling of cable TV”?

I propose suing President Obama for adding $2 trillion dollars to our national debt is just two years. Now there’s a headline.
