GOP not working for the common good

It is appalling that our country has the debt crisis that it does. We can thank the Bush administration and the Republicans for the financial ruin that the United States is experiencing today. The trillions of dollars spent on the war in Iraq that only has accomplished to kill tens of thousands of Iraqis and our soldiers. We the taxpayers bailed out the banks when the housing crisis occurred after they caused and sent so many homeowners into foreclosure and sent unemployment up into the double digits.

How dare the Republicans and tea partyers refuse to raise the taxes on these very same corporations and the wealthy. We the middle class have paid dearly for the Republicans game plan, and now it is time for the wealthy of this country to pay their fair share and help our country relieve this debt crisis. That is called working for the common good.
