Donate pet supplies in Grayslake

The Lake County Farm Bureau office will once again be serving as a collection site for pet supplies for local area shelters. Area shelters are trying their hardest to take in and care for as many sick, abused, and neglected animals as they can

Like almost all other charitable organizations, local animal shelters are feeling the economic crunch and need any donations that can be provided. The following are example items that are needed the most:

Pet food, preferably Iams; toys; kitty litter; leashes and collars; metal food bowls.

All items can be dropped off at the Lake County Farm Bureau office, 70 U.S. Hwy. 45, Grayslake through the entire month of July. All supplies collected will go directly to area shelters.
