Troubled youth not a priority for county

“We can make sure that the populations of both counties receive the best available services,” DuPage County Board member Bob Larsen said. Face facts: No one cares about those kids. If they are locked up they are out of sight and out of mind.

I wonder how long they could run the youth home on the $64 million the good folks of the county water commission “lost.” I guess they were too busy overseeing the DuPage Housing Authority. In fact, maybe they could get a friend to build a complex for them to store these kids. They could name it after Bob Schillerstrom.

Thank goodness for Judge Anderson. He has been around long enough to know what is going on and how best to help troubled kids. Pay now or pay latter.
