Pitching matchup: The Cubs’ Matt Garza (3-6) vs. Jhoulys Chacin (8-4) Monday at 1:20 p.m.

At a glance: This is a makeup of the April 27 rainout. The Cubs lost the first two games of that abbreviated series. They also lost two of three in Colorado April 15-17. On April 15, Chacin beat Garza 5-0, tossing a complete-game, 6-hit shutout. The Rockies have been struggling with the .500 mark as they try to keep pace with the Giants and the Diamondbacks in the NL West. Troy Tulowitzki entered Sunday leading the Rockies in home runs (14) and RBI (50), while veteran Todd Helton had a robust .383 on-base percentage. This is the Cubs’ last homestand before the all-star break. They have the Giants for four games and the White Sox for three before heading out on the road again.
