Ray Rogina for St. Charles council

Voting is not only a privilege but a responsibility we all share. We are writing to ask voters of the 3rd Ward in St. Charles to support Ray Rogina for alderman.

Ray has been a close friend for more than 40 years. In that time we have come to know him well and value his friendship. When asking his opinion, he will not hesitate to tell you how he feels even if he knows that you do not agree with him. He is one who will take time to study both sides of an issue before he takes a stand.

As a long time resident of St. Charles and a well respected, award winning teacher at St. Charles High School, he is well versed in our history and resources and what is needed to keep St. Charles a healthy, vibrant community. Above all, he is a listener and reader and will do the research necessary to come to the proper conclusion as he makes decisions as an alderman. We are fortunate to have people of his caliber running for local office.
