Naperville police arrested two Aurora men Tuesday after finding 154 foil-wrapped packets of heroin in their car.

Keith Moran, 22, and Lionel Russell, 24, were stopped on Route 59 near Ferry Road by Naperville officers who suspected them of transporting the drugs from Chicago.

According to police, the packets of heroin were valued at $1,540.

Both men were transported to DuPage County jail. Moran was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. Russell was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
