Arlington Park hosts pre-St. Pat's concert
The 85th Army Band practiced in the parking lot of Arlington Park racetrack Friday morning, in preparation for their appearance in Saturday's Chicago St. Patrick's Day Parade. The band will also be back at the track for a Memorial Day performance.
