UIC dropped a 68-66 overtime decision to Valpo in the teams’ Horizon opener on Dec. 2. Senior guard Robo Kreps (15.8 ppg) has clinched the Horizon title for minutes played (38.3 mpg), while senior forward Paul Carter (14.4 ppg, 8.0 rpg) is one of four players who ranks among the top 10 in scoring and rebounding.
