How should its role in the community change?Economical changes have not at this time been an issue. Technology is constantly changing, and we in Elk Grove are keeping pace in this very fluid area. The function of the library is to be a repository of learning, and to make that learning available to our members. To do this we are using the latest technical advancements,and will continue to upgrade the next level as needed.
