Who are the leaders of tomorrow? Where will they come from?

The stories of this year's Daily Herald Leadership teams tell us they are here, working in our food pantries, coaching our Special Olympians, finding new populations that need help and inventing new ways to do that. They are mentoring younger students and thinking about futures that serve not only their own interests, but those of the nation and world as well.

The Daily Herald is proud to introduce the four 2010-2011 Leadership teams, and the students named honorable mentions. Each high school, public and private, in our coverage area was invited to submit no more than two students as nominees, meaning all of these teenagers are remarkable. See for yourself.
