4 arrested in Aurora prostitution sting

The Aurora Police Department arrested four men during an undercover prostitution sting last week.

James E. Dano, 63, of the 0-99 block of Ingleshire Court and Jose A. Delatorre, 45, of the 2400 block of Summerwind Lane, both of Montgomery; Erskine L. Foster, 34, of the 3200 block of West Fulton, Chicago, and Russell Harden, 50, of the 100 block of North Calhoun Street in Aurora were all charged with solicitation of a sexual act, according to police.

Police said the operation was aimed at curbing street-level prostitution complaints.

They did not release the exact location of the sting to protect any future operations at the same location.

Three of the men's vehicles were towed and impounded per city ordinance.

Investigators from the Aurora Police Department's Special Operations Group were assisted by the Community Oriented Policing Unit.
