Illinois has accumulated such record debt, that it cannot even pay its bills.

The current $13 billion Illinois deficit is only second to California in its disastrous proportions. But it is not just finances that cause me to question Pat Quinn. It is also Pat Quinn's ethics and judgment.

Approving pay raises for his personal staff and accepting campaign contributions from 77 of his appointees to lucrative Illinois state positions are recent actions that show what type of governor Pat Quinn has become - a continuation of the Blagojevich administration.
