There's a race this year in which one candidate on the ballot is eminently more qualified for the job than her "established party" opponents. Julie Fox, a CPA and comptroller by profession, is the Libertarian candidate on the ballot for Illinois Comptroller. Republicans put up Judy Baar-Topinka, who does PR and politics for a living. Democrat David Miller is a dentist.
