Suspect arrested in fatal Wis. shooting

WAUKESHA, Wis. -- Waukesha police say a man called 911 before shooting an acquaintance following an argument.

The victim died at Waukesha Memorial Hospital hours after the shooting early Friday.

Police say the man told the dispatcher that if officers didn't arrive, he would "kill someone."

Officers responding to the Waukesha home say they saw the flash of gunfire outside as they arrived about 3:30 a.m.

WTMJ-TV reports officers used a stun gun to arrest the shooter.
