Connecticut Sun (10-5) at Chicago Sky (6-9)

When: 7 p.m. today

Where: Allstate Arena

TV: CN100

Last time: On Tuesday, the Sun defeated the Shock in Tulsa 101-89; on Sunday, the Sky lost to the visiting Indiana Fever 70-64.

The skinny: The Sky is looking to gain the upper hand in its four-game series with Connecticut as the teams play for the first time in Chicago this season. In the season opener for both teams in May, the Sun handed it to the visiting Sky 74-61 as rookie sensation Tina Charles finished with 17 points and 10 rebounds in the winning effort. But last week, the Sky evened the score, running away with an 86-77 victory in yet another trip to Connecticut. The Sky placed five players in double figures and shot a respectable 47 percent from the field. The Sky is also looking to get back on the winning track. Sunday's loss to Indiana broke a two-game winning streak that started with the win in Connecticut. Shooting was an issue as the Sky hit just 33 percent of its shots from the field against the Fever. The one exception was reserve guard Erin Thorn. She poured in a team-high 15 points, hitting 5 of 8 three-pointers. Sylvia Fowles was the only other Sky player in double figures. She had 11 points and pulled down a season-high 17 rebounds against the Fever.
