ConAgra acquires snack bar firm

OMAHA, Neb. - ConAgra Foods Inc. announced Monday that it has acquired Élan Nutrition, a privately-held formulator and manufacturer of snack and nutrition bars based in Grand Rapids, Mich. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
