1 small (11/2 pounds) head green cabbage (cored and cut into 1/2-inch wide slices)

2 teaspoons grated, peeled fresh ginger

teaspoon ground cumin

1 clove garlic, chopped

teaspoon salt

In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil on medium 1 minute. Add onion and cook 8-10 minutes or until tender and golden, stirring occasionally.

Add cabbage, ginger, cumin, garlic and salt, and cook 11-14 minutes or until cabbage is tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.

Serves six.

Nutrition values per serving: 58 calories, 2.4 g fat (0.4 g saturates, 9 g carbohydrates, 3 g fiber, 2 g protein, 0 cholesterol, 216 mg sodium.
