I always tell reporters that I believe loyalty cards offer far more benefits than privacy risks to shoppers.

People that know what I do, like friends and neighbors, never ask for my advice on saving money on groceries. They prefer to tell me why it isn't possible to save money on groceries. I learned years ago that it makes no sense to try to convince a doubting shopper how to save on groceries, so I simply listen and nod in agreement.

The only bottled water I recall seeing people drink was Perrier at a restaurant. Today, bottled water in the household is as common as having milk. Some people drink bottled water to avoid whatever harmful components they fear are in tap water, and others drink bottled water for its convenience.
