But as of May 18, all of that changes as the Y hosts its first live "Lunch and Learn" speaker series, featuring experts from the healthcare community. The event will be offered live and virtually with lunch served to in-person participants. The May 18 "Lunch and Learn" program sponsored by Always Best Care North Shore, is entitled, "A Holistic Approach to Your Health and Wellness," and includes a panel discussion from noon to 1:30 p.m. The program is designed to help participants connect all of their healthcare providers to complement their well-being and recovery path. The event is free and open to the public, but it requires prior registration. Registration is limited for the in-person lunch and closes on May 16.
