Kids Above All kicks off holiday gift drive Nov. 28

The holiday season is nearly here, and Kids Above All is gearing up for its 2022 Holiday Gift Drive.

Kicking off Nov. 28 and running through Dec. 13, Kids Above All, a nonprofit building better lives for young people and families in Cook, DuPage, Kane and Lake counties, is seeking donations of new toys, books and clothes for youth of all ages, as well as volunteer help so their children experience the joy of the holidays.

All donations can be dropped off at Kids Above All's new site, the A Better Life Distribution Center, 1801 E. Oakton St. in Des Plaines.

Donations may be dropped off beginning Monday, Nov. 28, during regular business hours.

Can't make it to Des Plaines but still would like to donate?

An Amazon Wish List is available online at www.amazon.com/registries/holiday/16QVOYAXG8CBM/guest-view.

You can also volunteer your time to organize, sort and bag gifts for delivery. Volunteer opportunities are scheduled to begin Sunday, Dec. 4. For information or to reserve your volunteer spot, contact Zulma Colon at zcolon@kidsaboveall.org or call (773) 867-7361.
