Crystal Equation, a Chicago-based staffing firm, today announced two national recognitions from workplace culture site Comparably for its company culture and leadership. Crystal Equation was selected out of 60,000 companies across the U.S. and won the Best Companies for Career Growth Award as well as the Best CEOs for Women Award.

The Best CEOs for Women Award is derived from ratings and approval of their CEO by female employees, while the Best Companies for Career Growth is derived from employee sentiments on their professional development opportunities, including meaningful career advancement, mentorship, challenging work, and how often they receive valuable feedback from their direct managers on how to improve.

Christine Terman, CEO of Crystal Equation said: "We are excited to receive these awards, and I am extremely grateful for the efforts of our employees to create a fun, inclusive and supportive work atmosphere. We live our Core Values of Community, Curiosity, Change and Communication as we move forward together."

This isn't the first time Crystal Equation has been recognized for its outstanding company culture. In 2022, it was also recognized with the Best Company in Chicago Award by Comparably, and became a certified "Great Place to Work."

"Based on employee feedback, it is clear that Crystal Equation's strong corporate values are not just words on a website," said Comparably CEO Jason Nazar. "The company's positive culture is the foundation of day-to-day life. The organization's commitment to culture solidifies it as a worthy recipient of these awards."

Crystal Equation is actively recruiting for positions in technology and creative marketing roles. If you are interested in joining the team, visit www.crystalequation.com to learn more about current openings.
