Two national awards for local staffing firm
Crystal Equation, a Chicago-based staffing firm, today announced two national recognitions from workplace culture site Comparably for its company culture and leadership. Crystal Equation was selected out of 60,000 companies across the U.S. and won the Best Companies for Career Growth Award as well as the Best CEOs for Women Award.
The Best CEOs for Women Award is derived from ratings and approval of their CEO by female employees, while the Best Companies for Career Growth is derived from employee sentiments on their professional development opportunities, including meaningful career advancement, mentorship, challenging work, and how often they receive valuable feedback from their direct managers on how to improve.
