Hoke LLC Establishes Governmental Relations Practice Group

Hoke LLC is proud to announce the establishment of its Governmental Relations Practice Group. Our new Governmental Relations Practice Group is Co-Chaired by Rob Muriel and Amalia Rioja.

Rob joined us directly from his position as Illinois Director of Insurance where he was active with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC).

Amalia was Deputy Chief of Staff for a former Illinois Governor, held leadership roles at the Illinois Attorney General's Office and the Illinois Comptroller's Office and was recently appointed the Chair of the Illinois Executive Ethics Commission.

Rob and Amalia are active in the Illinois and Chicago Hispanic Community. Rob is a past President of the Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois. Amalia serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Healthy Communities Foundation, a $130M fund that focuses on health equity and social justice. Amalia is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Latino Policy Forum.
