Get your Rolling Meadows pool pass

Purchasing a Rolling Meadows Park District pool pass could add more than swimming and sunshine to your recreation opportunities.

The first 100 patrons to purchase a pool pass will receive a coupon book featuring more than $100 of park district experiences. Coupons include discounts on birthday parties and banquet hall rentals, a free Pilates Reformer class at The Grove Fitness Studio, free open gym and public skate admission, and a variety of other deals.

Pool passes officially went on sale Saturday, May 7. Passes are currently available weekdays from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. at the Community Center, 3705 Pheasant Drive.

"We're excited to be able to offer these coupon books to inspire even more people in the community to play, learn and grow, while also helping them save money on our unique experiences," said Executive Director Kevin Romejko.

"Hurry and pick up your pool pass right away, because these savings opportunities will sell out fast."

Pool pass pricing includes:

• Individual resident $99; nonresident $129;

• Additional household member resident $29; nonresident $44;

• Fitness member $49 and includes both resident and nonresident members.

Nelson Sports Complex Pool, 3900 Owl Drive, features an Olympic-sized pool, two waterslides, two diving boards, a kiddie pool with a fountain, and a sprayground-style splashpad.

The pool opens for the season Saturday, May 28.

In addition to public swim, lessons are available and enrollment is underway for the Rolling Meadows Rapids Swim Team.
