Libertyville's ProMedica holds ribbon-cutting ceremony Jan. 20

On Jan. 20, ProMedica Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Libertyville (formerly HCR ManorCare Health Services) held a "Going Green Ribbon Cutting" with the GLMV Chamber of Commerce, village of Libertyville, and other community members.

Attendees included GLMV Chamber of Commerce President Scott Adams, Libertyville Police Department Deputy Chief Ed Sindles, Medical Director Dr. Howard Baker, Libertyville Mayor Donna Johnson, Administrator Madiha Waheed, Director of Nursing Janette Odesta, Dr. Ajay Madhany and Regional Director of Operations Doug Postlewait.

"As part of ProMedica, we continue to be a pioneer in the changing landscape of post-hospital skilled nursing care in a comfortable environment," the ProMedica team said.

"Nothing is more important to us than good health. We are excited to be part of a community-focused, not-for-profit health care system that is leading in social determinants of health, championing healthy aging and cultivating innovation."
