Hey Nonny offers two New Year's Eve events

Whatever your New Year's Eve style, Hey Nonny has you covered. The Arlington Heights bistro and music venue is offering two luxury options - an elegant early dinner and an energetic late-night dance party.

"Lots of people want to celebrate early and then be home in pajamas by midnight," said Hey Nonny Co-owner Chris Dungan. "Our dinner party will thrill those folks."

For diners, Chef Tony has prepared a classic four-course New Year's Eve menu for one 6 p.m. seating. Guests will begin with a toast of bubbly, followed by an oxtail arancini appetizer and a first course of lobster ravioli with champagne cream sauce. Entrée options include panko Dijon crusted salmon or prime New York strip steak with herb garlic butter. The meal is topped off with a vanilla bean crème brûlée for dessert.

"This dinner is going to be amazing - especially for only $75 per person," said Dungan. "Offering our guests an elegant dinner right here in Arlington Heights sets Hey Nonny apart. We expect reservations to go very quickly, though."

For those who spend the early evening hours getting glammed up for an exuberant celebration, the Hey Nonny Late Night Party will kick-off at 9 p.m., with table seating, an open bar, and music for dancing from Wedding Banned.

"For just $135 per person, our New Year's Eve Party covers everything," said Dungan. "We've got an open bar, wonderful hors d'oeuvres, a toast of bubbly, party favors, and late-night snacks along with plenty of room to dance and sing along with great party tunes from Wedding Banned."

Menu features for the party include prosciutto-wrapped pear, smoked salmon on wonton crisp, Italian steak tartare, coconut shrimp and lasagna-stuffed portabella mushrooms.

Along with Hey Nonny's vaccine requirement for entry to all events, the New Year's Eve extravaganza is being limited to just 110 guests.

"It will be the safest place to go out and celebrate," Dungan said. "It's the right spot to get a small group together to celebrate and enjoy without an overwhelming crowd."

Spots can be reserved at www.heynonny.com/shows/new-years-eve-party/.
