While college enrollment rates are on the rise, students still often face hurdles. Families play a key role in students' future by recognizing the important steps for college readiness.

To help students through this potentially stressful process, GPS has gathered three experts: Glenbard West school counselor Lissete Ochoa, Glenbard East school counselor Lizette Ramirez and Illinois Student Assistance representative Elizabeth Barrera. This webinar will provide information about college admission from start to finish, financial aid, scholarships, the role of testing and more.

Families also will learn about the important deadlines and benchmarks that students will encounter as they prepare for future success.

GPS is generously sponsored by the Cebrin Goodman Center, Community Consolidated School District 93 Birth to 5 Community Coalition, Cooperative Association for Special Education (CASE), College of DuPage, DuPage Medical Group, Emmy Gaffey Foundation, Glenbard Early Childhood Collaborative, Kiwanis Clubs of District 9, and Prevention Leadership Team of the DuPage County Health Department.
