Mission Quilting Club of Christ Lutheran Church

The Mission Quilting Club of the congregation of Christ Lutheran Church in Palatine is very pleased announce they have completed their quilts for the year.

The Club is made up of 14 ladies, some of which, work from home due to the Covid-19 virus, and some are members of other churches in the area. They have, over the course of the year made 40+ quilts. In the many years they have been active in this endeavor, they have made over 650 quilts. These blankets are sent to missions all over the world as part of the Lutheran World Relief.

Donations of new or gently used queen or king size sheets make up the backing. Monetary donations defray the cost of batting, material and shipping.
