Mitch Beiser retiring from Night Light Landscape Illumination

Mitch Beiser, chief executive officer and founder of Night Light Landscape Illumination, is retiring from the Lombard company this month.

A paragon of magnanimous leadership and a pioneer in the landscape illumination industry for 37 years, Beiser has set in place a stellar team to carry on his legacy of excellence and the company's mission. With a staff of 25 professionals in lighting, design and client service administration, Night Light's senior leadership includes Dean MacMorris, president, and Ed Reier, vice president.

During his career, Beiser has pioneered new horizons in landscape illumination since the early 1980s, along the way training and mentoring designers in relational rhythms to best serve the company's clients and partners. Developing higher-quality lamps and custom fixtures in partnership with suppliers has been a defining characteristic of Night Light's DNA from its inception. Beiser's team leadership has always focused on the pursuit of elegance and simplicity, in conjunction with the best technology has to offer.

"To all my friends, both personal and business that I have had the special privilege to work with over the years, I want you all to know how much I appreciate our relationships," Beiser says. "You have all blessed me with your kindness and faith in our work. My team at Night Light has been the backbone of our company and will continue to provide outstanding service and design for many years to come. Please accept my invitation to reach out and come visit as I begin a new life on the lake, kicking back and enjoying my next chapter."

Night Light Landscape Illumination, located at 50 Eisenhower Lane North in Lombard, Ill., centers its mission on three core beliefs: relationships between design-build companies in Chicagoland's high-end residential industry are vital, proactive communication during design and installation contribute to mutual thriving, going above and beyond to weave efforts and schedules together for a final product that is on time and below budget.
