Hanover Township partnering with Village of Bartlett to offer Health Screenings

Hanover Township nurses will offer free health screenings at the Bartlett Village Hall, 228 S. Main Street, on September 29 in recognition of World Heart Day. Open to all, residents can drop in from 9:30AM to 12PM to receive hemoglobin, diabetes and blood pressure screenings.

"Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the number one killer across the globe," said Kristen Smith, Hanover Township Director of Community Health. "Screenings provide insight into potential health issues and give peace of mind to residents who have been worried about or have a family history of CVD."

The screenings take approximately 10 minutes and walk-ins are welcome. To schedule an appointment, please call (630) 540-5906.
