Lisle Lions' Candy Day Oct. 1 and 8 to raise fund for vision and hearing impaired

The Lisle Lions Club will be visible throughout town on Fridays, Oct. 1 and 8, for their annual Candy Day campaign.

Your Lisle Lions will be giving away candy and all donations are used to help the visually and hearing-impaired.

It is almost impossible for a person with no vision or hearing losses to fully comprehend what it is like to be visually impaired or hard of hearing.

Please support the Lisle Lions and the local community by donating generously on Candy Day or by underwriting the price of a case of candy.

Those wishing to join the Lions in their fight against vision and hearing loss should contact the Lisle Lions Club, P.O. Box 481, Lisle, IL 60532 or the Lions of Illinois Foundation, 700 N. Peace Rd. Suite B, DeKalb, IL 60115.
