Sponsorships available for Wild Horse Fair

Veterans R&R still has sponsorship opportunities available for the annual Wild Horse Fair.

The event will be 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, July 24, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, July 25, at Beyond Stable Farms, 11129 Route 176 in Woodstock. All proceeds benefit Operation Wild Horse.

The event will feature demonstrations of Western, dressage, ground work, Liberty, Barrel Racing, and musical freestyles. There also will be food, crafters, artists, barn collectibles and more.

Admission is $10 and includes a raffle ticket. Kids, age 10 or younger, are admitted free. Tickets will be available at the door. There will be rafffle items and cash prizes of $2,500, $1,000 and $500.

There will be a Mustang Parade, Operation Wild Horse Military Tribute, Meet the Mustangs, and a horse show both days. At 7 p.m. Saturday, there will be a showing of the movie "The Mustangs: America's Wild Horses," with a separate $10 admission fee.

There is a VIP Reserve Grand Champion sponsorship for $1,000; and VIP Blue Ribbon sponsorship for $600. Or sponsor one or more classes at the MUSTANG Horse Show,$75 per class.

They also need gift baskets and raffle donations. Donate a gift from your favorite store. Ideas include gift certificates to restaurants and shopping venues, activity gift cards, weekend getaways, sporting event tickets, museum and art gallery passes, horse and dog shopping gift cards, and more.

Do you own a store, business, or sell arts and crafts? Vendor applications for inside or outside space are still available.

With your support, we can make the Wild Horse Fair a success.

All proceeds benefit Veterans R&R's program Operation Wild Horse. Mustangs helping veterans helping mustangs. Donations are tax deductible and donors receive a tax receipt.
