Dogtopia of Arlington Heights and Arlington Dog House Announce Transition Partnership
After making the decision to close after a successful decade-long run providing dog daycare, Arlington Dog House owner Mark Leers is looking forward to his next business venture, but only once all of his current clients - two- and four-legged - are situated with a new daycare provider. After researching the local marketplace, Leers has announced an agreement with recently opened Dogtopia of Arlington Heights to serve as his recommended provider.
"Once we made the decision to close Arlington Dog House, we were approached by several different daycare and boarding facilities in the area," Leers said. "After a thorough review, we chose Dogtopia because we feel they have the same core values that were the cornerstone of Arlington Dog House. From their first-class facilities to their cleaning protocols to the amazing love and care they give their dogs, I have no hesitation telling my clientele to trust Dogtopia of Arlington Heights with the care of their dogs."
Dogtopia of Arlington Heights opened in 2020, in the Southpoint Shopping Center at 676 East Rand Road. Owners Chris and Catherine Barnes were pleased to receive Dogtopia's highest accreditation, being designated as a Top Dog facility, in their first year of operation.
"We have two customers," said Catherine Barnes. "We have the pups we care for in our facility, and we have their pet parents. Most important for us is safety and security for both."
Dogtopia of Arlington Heights provides daycare, spa, training, and boarding services for dogs. Barnes said the endorsement of Leers to his current clients means a great deal.
"We are very much the same in that we are in the business for our love of dogs, providing a safe place for dogs to play, and bringing peace of mind to the pet parents. We were impressed by Arlington Dog House's reputation and the good name they brought to dog daycare which is still very much in its infancy as a pet service business. With its 10-year record of success, Arlington Dog House stood out as a daycare trail blazer. Their success over the years helped to pave the way for us in Arlington Heights."
To begin the transition, interested pet parents can schedule a Meet & Greet at Dogtopia of Arlington Heights. The session allows the Dogtopia team to get to know the pet parent, the dog, and provide a tour of the facility, which allows pet parents to see every aspect of the building and to ask questions.
Leers feels that owners and pets will find a welcoming atmosphere at Dogtopia of Arlington Heights.
"Like us, they begin with love of the dogs. At Arlington Dog House, we always treated each dog like family and we see that same thing at Dogtopia."
