MainStreet Libertyville's Lunch in the Park returns on June 25

Bring a blanket or lawn chair to downtown Libertyville's Cook Park each Friday, June 25 through Aug, 6, and enjoy live music and food vendors.

From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., O'Toole's of Libertyville, Rosati's Pizza, My Flavor It! Place, Bagels by the Book, Magic Crepes and Up in Smoke Creations will serve a variety of items.

Lunch in the Park offers a way to enjoy a summer afternoon with good food and live music. Kicking off the season on June 25 is the Pete Brush Band.

Lunch in the Park will run for seven weeks with the following local entertainment:

• July 2: Jimmy Carroll

• July 9: Moon and the Man

• July 16: The Good Time Band

• July 23: Mojo Daddies

• July 30: Marshall Hjerstedt

• Aug. 6: Pie Eyed Pete

Parking is available at the free, covered, 4-hour parking garages on Lake and Church streets.
