MainStreet Libertyville debuts summer fashion show

Celebrate all things stylish and chic on MainStreet, from the latest in beauty and boutique wear to accessories and shoes, at MainStreet Libertyville's first Summer Style Weekend Fashion Show and Shopping Extravaganza.

Start the day with a fashion show at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 26, in Cook Park, 413 N. Milwaukee Ave., Libertyville, featuring more than 25 models showcasing summer styles from local downtown boutiques.

Watch the fashion show and then visit the shops in town to purchase your favorite items and plan for lunch at one of downtown Libertyville's restaurants. Then attend the live model event from 2-3 p.m. at Libbyville Lifestyle Boutique and My Sanctuary Boutique.

Explore more than 16 independently-owned boutiques for the finest selection of apparel and accessories.

Participating downtown Libertyville boutiques include Allure Designs Salon + Boutique, Amazing Cosmetics, Blu Violet Boutique, Bootery Boutique, Charles & Minerva, How Impressive!, Libbyville Lifestyle Boutique, My Sanctuary Boutique, Pazzo's Jewelry Design and Touche Salon.

Purchase a ticket in advance for $15 to receive a shopping pass for special shopping deals, a goody bag and a raffle ticket for a chance to win a diamond bracelet, compliments of Rolland's Jewelers, or a MainStreet Libertyville Gift Certificate.
