Streamwood Park District Updated Mask Policy

Based on guidance from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), fully vaccinated people (2 weeks past your final dose), may enter any facility without a mask.

By entering this Streamwood Park District facility without a mask, you are verifying truthfully that you have been fully vaccinated, or have received a specific exemption from the Streamwood Park District.

Those NOT vaccinated, including those ages 2-12 years old: masks required AND continued social distancing.

Those FULLY vaccinated: masks not required, BUT continued social distancing highly encouraged.
