Hoffman Estates hosts virtual 'Parenting in a Pandemic' town hall

Hoffman Estates Mayor William D. McLeod invites parents and caregivers of children to join the village's upcoming Virtual Town Hall, "Parenting in a Pandemic," at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 12.

The program will feature panelists Dr. Audra Marks, PsyD; Dr. Lauren Nichols, PsyD; Dr. Edessa Mirzapolos, PsyD; and Amy Schutz, BA/MA in Curriculum and Instruction.

Marks, the assistant director of Health and Human Services for the village of Hoffman Estates, will also serve as moderator for the meeting.

The group of experts will discuss issues facing parents and families today and tips to alleviate stress at home.
