Friendship Village excited to introduce renovation project

"We're excited to be ushering a new look into the community," said Katherine St. Clair, director of sales for Friendship Senior Options communities Friendship Village of Schaumburg and GreenFields of Geneva.

The renovation of Dogwood, a wing in Friendship Village's Bridgegate neighborhood, has been an "intensive project, designed to provide a modern, up-to-date appearance, offering amenities and features that prospective residents are accustomed to having in their homes. We're using contemporary paint colors, carpeting, exterior doors, and lighting. We're featuring an updated fresh appearance."

New apartment styles are being introduced as a part of the renovation. "We're launching new floorplans by combining apartments, resulting in larger, airy, and upgraded spaces," said Katherine. Even before the completion of the project, several apartments have been moved into, and others have been reserved.
