“Flattening the Curve” of violence, racism, anger and suicide PRAYER VIGIL (free, open to the public)

What: FREE, open to the public, outdoor prayer vigil. “Flattening the Curve” of violence, racism, anger, and suicide. Following the four-week sermon series, St. Peter Lutheran Church is hosting an outdoor Prayer Vigil

WHERE: St. Peter Lutheran Church, 111 W. Olive Street, Arlington Heights, IL 60004

WHEN: Wednesday, Sept. 9, at 6:30 p.m.

The prayer vigil will be held outside of the church on the North Lawn (Olive/Highland). Please bring lawn chairs or blankets (set up to follow social distancing guidelines).

For those who would prefer to stay in cars, St. Peter Lutheran Church will also have an FM radio broadcast for cars (please park in west parking lot on Highland).

DETAILS:

For 30-40 minutes of reflective prayer time for each of the areas for our local, state, and national communities. Plus a reflection time for COVID and miscellaneous prayers.
