REALTORS® Thank Mercy Hospital Staff with Taco Tuesday
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago's Michigan Avenue office collected donations to take Taco Tuesday to Mercy Hospital & Medical Center staff on July 14th as a way to thank them for their work during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Held in conjunction with the firm's Kindness Foundation, the event is part of the firm's annual all-company Community Kindness initiative.
Michigan Avenue agents worked with Dos Urban Cantina, located at 2829 W. Armitage Avenue in Chicago, to determine the menu and prepare the orders for Mercy. Dos created personal grab-and-go taco packs, making it easy for busy workers to build their own custom tacos and Michigan Avenue agents delivered the meals to the Hospital.
David Bracy, Managing Broker of the firm's Michigan Avenue office, said, "Our agents' generous donations made Taco Tuesday at Mercy possible. The event was so successful that we expect to do another round of meals in the coming weeks."
