Land Partners, LLC was the sole advisor in the sale of land that is being developed for approximately 175 townhomes in the Village of Mundelein. Development of the site has begun, and when completed this will be one of the largest townhome developments in Lake County in the last 15 years.

This 40-acre parcel is well located on the west side of Illinois Route 83, just north of Illinois Route 60.

The seller was a private investment group that owned this property for over 20 years. The buyer was Lennar, which is the largest home builder in the Chicago metropolitan area, as well as one of the biggest home builders in the country. Larry Dickstein, partner, and co-owner of Land Partners served as the sole advisor on the transaction.
