Kaneland offers lunches for students in June

School lunches are available for pickup for any Kaneland Unit District 302 student in need.

The parent or student may pick up lunches. The lunches are available Mondays and Thursday from 10 a.m. to noon at the following locations:

• Kaneland John Stewart Elementary School, 817 Prairie Valley Street, Elburn;

• Kaneland John Shields Elementary School, 85 S. Main Street, Sugar Grove;

• Kaneland McDole Elementary School, 2901 Foxmoor Drive, Montgomery.

On Mondays, students will receive lunches for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

On Thursdays, students will receive lunches for Thursday, Friday and a weekend pack.

School lunches will be available through Monday, June 29. The school district has been providing about 1,200 lunches/snacks per week.
