Curtain Up Classroom reschedules 'The Wiz-Dom of Oz' to October

The Curtain-Up Classroom Players, under the direction of Dr. Maria Bakalis, has rescheduled its June production.

After months of Zooming screen time, The Players are about to revive the excitement of live theater.

The new dates are Thursday to Saturday, Oct. 15- 17. Thursday and Friday evening performances begin at 7:30 p.m., Saturday matinee at 3 p.m.

The performances are held at the United Methodist Church of Glen Ellyn, 424 Forest Ave.

Rehearsals begin early August. A few open parts are still available. If interested, call now (630) 234-2776 to schedule an audition.

The ticket prices for the play are $14 for adults, $12 for senior citizens and children 12 and under.

(Centers for Disease Control guidelines will be followed for these performances).

The production is in partnership with the Glen Ellyn Historical Society
