Study at home, stay on track this summer at Harper College

Harper College will help keep students' momentum going this summer through robust online offerings, affordable tuition and smooth credit transfers to four-year schools.

Hundreds of courses will be offered in a 100% online format, allowing students to stay on track toward their goals while studying from home. Registration is open now for the summer sessions, which begin May 18 and June 1.

Summer classes at Harper have long been a smart choice for students who want to continue their momentum - or even get ahead - during summer. Advantages include smaller class sizes, shorter class duration and the opportunity to focus more closely on a single subject than may be possible when taking a full-time course load.

Credit earned at Harper smoothly transfers to students' four-year colleges and universities, and tuition represents a fraction of the cost. Financial aid during the summer is also available.

Some popular summer courses include:

• History 111: American Experience to 1877

• Math 165: Statistics

• Philosophy 101: Critical Thinking

• Psychology 101: Intro to Psychology

• Sociology 101: Intro to Sociology

In addition, dedicated teams are standing by to provide academic advising, tutoring, campus recreation and wellness events, job placement resources, library resources, software and other virtual support.

Have questions about getting started? Send questions to Harper's Admissions Outreach team or visit Harper online. Live chat sessions are also available Monday through Friday.
