Aurora Methodists to deliver dinner to Aurora homeless shelter April 11

Congregants at Wesley United Methodist Church in Aurora will deliver dinner Saturday, April 11, to Hesed House homeless shelter, 659 S. River St. in Aurora.

Deb Fisher of Aurora, church outreach team coordinator, said "Many months ago the Outreach Team committed to making and serving dinner at the Family Center at Hesed House on Saturday, April 11. We are going to keep that commitment.

"Hesed House prefers that we deliver the meal but do not serve it. Therefore we plan to order pizza and have it delivered!

"We will add green salads and desserts. The staff will meet us at the door and serve the families," Fisher said.
