Two donors to match up to $15,000 in AID donation drive

We are all navigating through very unusual and unsettling times. None of us has ever experienced anything quite like this before.

The Association for Individual Development's Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) homes, I-CILA homes and Behavioral Health Supervised Residential Settings are open.

The Community Support Team, Crisis Line of the Fox Valley and Victims' Services staff are working with those in a mental health crisis. AID's therapists and nurses are still supporting vulnerable people. AID is taking every measure in its ability to keep clients safe. AID's dedicated staff have been doing an incredible job making sure the clients continue to have food, medicine and shelter; that they remain engaged with one another and their families; are apprised of current events, and are working to promote physical and emotional self-care. AID has ordered extra supplies and food, and staff are assisting clients in keeping their homes disinfected.

AID cares deeply about our employees' safety and general well-being. Most of the staff are unable to work from home, so we are offering fiscal incentives and opportunities to those working in these invaluable positions.

The Association for Individual Development has been approached by two very generous donors who has pledged to match all donations received from the community, dollar for dollar up to $15,000, for any contributions made during this very challenging and difficult period.

Knowing that your donation will be doubled, are you willing to consider a gift to AID? All contributions are greatly appreciated and tax deductible! AID will continue to work around the clock to ensure the health, well-being and safety of clients and staff. Will you help us in this vital work? Thank you for your consideration! I hope that we all come out of this to a better world. Stay safe!
