Raise a glass at annual Grayslake Rotary wine tasting

The Grayslake Rotary is sponsoring its ninth annual Uncorked Wine Tasting event from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, March 6, at the Byron Colby Barn in the village's Prairie Crossing subdivision. This annual event raises funds that are used for scholarships to help Grayslake High School and College of Lake County students, local food pantry donations and emergency disaster relief assistance.

"This is our signature fundraising event that has allowed us to help many students and those in need throughout the Grayslake community," Grayslake Rotary member Gregory Koeppen said.

Advance tickets are $30, and each ticket includes wine tasting, appetizers, musical entertainment and a chance to bid on live and silent auction items.

The Byron Colby Barn is at 1561 Jones Point Road, Grayslake.
