Spring fun returns with a bunny themed bash!

Hunt, hop and strike a pose at Schaumburg Park District's Bunny Bash, presented by Schaumburg Bank & Trust, a Wintrust Community Bank.

The event is set for 10 a.m.-1 p.m., April 4 at the Community Recreation Center, 505 N. Springinsguth Road. The event features indoor and outdoor activities.

"Bunny Bash is a great way for families to enjoy the warming weather," said Kathleen Benson, Bock Neighborhood Center manager and general program supervisor. "Kids of all ages love the egg hunt and petting zoo!"

Activities include egg hunts, games, train rides, crafts, moon jumps, pony rides and a petting zoo, weather permitting. Participants should bring a camera for photos with the Bunny. Concessions also will be available for purchase.

Pre-registration deadline is 10 p.m., Friday, April 3. Pre-registration cost is $12 for children 2 and older and $5 for children younger than 2 years old. Day-of registration cost is $15 for children 2 and older and $5 for children younger than 2 years old. Adult admission is free.
