Sign up for Frosty 5K Footrace Feb. 23 in Round Lake Beach

Come and enjoy a brisk run or walk outside at the Round Lake Area Park District's Frosty 5K Footrace on Sunday, Feb. 23.

Check-in begins at 10 a.m. and the run/walk steps off at 11 a.m.

The 5K footrace is for ages 8 and up.

Cost for those 13 or older is $25 if preregistered and $30 the day of the race.

The race will start and end at the Round Lake Area Park District Sports Center, 2004 Municipal Way, Round Lake Beach.

Race numbers will only be available for pickup the day of the race at the Sports Center.

Race shirts only guaranteed for those who preregister.

This event is hosted by the Friends of the Round Lake Parks Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Proceeds will benefit the Round Lake Area Park District's "Fun-ds" for Recreation Scholarship Program.
